The ejection unit drive completes the ZS series for all-electric injection molding machines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge is the small installation space, dictated by the space available when the toggle lever is retracted.In addition to the higher efficiency and thus improved energy balance compared to ball screw drives, this drive is characterized by its low noise level.To achieve the small size, a telescopic seal is also used here.The comparatively low forces and the required speed are realized with a synchronous servo motor and a rack with double tooth mesh.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
