Injection unit for all-electric injection molding machines in combination with an FZ plasticizing gearbox<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compact and efficient – the combination of the linear movement with the rotary movement for the worm drive results in shorter cycle times and therefore greater cost-effectiveness. The high precision and repeat accuracy minimize part errors and optimize margins. Synchronous servomotors with a countershaft gearbox (from ZS 452-I) have low mass moments of inertia and ensure extremely dynamic and low-noise operation.The back-pressure bearing and a load cell, which supplies measurement and control signals by means of an amplifier, are integrated in the piston for the injection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
