Social commitment
It has become a tradition at Knödler to support charitable organizations every year instead of giving gifts to customers. At the end of 2024, the management decided to help the following social projects with a donation.
Children’s Hospice Stuttgart
The children’s hospice continues to rely on donations. For this reason, there was another employee fundraising campaign at the end of the year, which raised € 3,780. The management increased the amount to €8,000.
Welthungerhilfe – Christmas donation campaign
In 2023, Welthungerhilfe supported around 16.4 million people in 36 countries with 630 projects abroad. Many people, especially children, can feed themselves better, have clean drinking water, are therefore less ill and have a better future.
Young Lebenshilfe Esslingen
Knödler has been supporting this organization for many years.
Junge Lebenshilfe (JuLe) provides a functioning network of parents with disabled children who give each other strength and support.
Emergency care fund of the Esslingen District Deaconry Association
Helping people in difficult situations has been the task of the KDV in the district of Esslingen since 2005. In particularly acute emergencies, thanks to the emergency care fund, it is possible to help quickly and unbureaucratically with a loan or a one-off financial contribution.
